My husband and I engaged Brilliant SA to turn a bedroom into a family bathroom. Our experience was extremely positive! When friends asked us along the way how things were going, we could only sing the praises of the team we were working with. Most people say renovating is a stressful process, so I think they were surprised to hear us say it had been stress free and really enjoyable. The team from Brilliant SA were respectful and professional at all times and every stage completed was done to such an exceptional standard. We really appreciated the way the trades people were considerate of the fact my husband and I, and often the kids, were around the place while they worked. I never heard any bad language, and they never brought any stress to our home. We loved the design process, it was so exciting and we were extremely impressed with the level of care and detail in every stage of work from that point on. For example the tiling was complex, with beautiful natural stone patterning that was artfully laid, clearly with a huge amount of thought in it to make the most of the beautiful tile. The whole bathroom is incredibly beautiful, very luxurious and a little piece of paradise to enjoy at the end of a big day.
