She made choosing finishes and fixtures feel easy and enjoyable, and we always felt we were in great hands. We also had complete confidence knowing Jim had the project under control every step of the way.One of the unexpected highlights of the renovation was the regular coffee catch-ups with Jim. He kept us updated on progress, answered any questions we had, and his great sense of humour made the whole experience even more enjoyable. It was always reassuring to see him on site and have the opportunity for a chat.Communication throughout the renovation was exceptional. The CoConstruct portal kept us informed at every stage, making the process smooth, transparent, and stress-free. We always knew what was happening and what to expect next.A special mention also to Allie for providing clear, easy-to-understand invoice updates throughout the project. Everything was well explained and transparent, which made the financial side of the renovation just as straightforward as the build itself.The quality of the workmanship and professionalism of the entire team exceeded our expectations, and we're absolutely thrilled with our beautiful new bathroom.Finally, a special mention from Angus, who quickly made friends with the whole team. We supplied his favourite zucchini treats so his new tradie mates could throw them to him, just as he requested! He loved all the pats, chats, and attention. He couldn't choose a favourite tradie, but he's told us he especially misses chatting with Chris, Nick, Brenton, and the two Jims. In fact, he's spent this past week searching the front yard, convinced they're all hiding out there waiting to say hello. It was such a lovely personal touch and really reflects the genuine care and friendliness of everyone at Brilliant SA.We couldn't be happier with the result and wouldn't hesitate to recommend Brilliant SA to anyone looking for a high-quality renovation delivered by a team that truly cares. We'll miss the regular coffee catch-ups almost as much as we'll enjoy our beautiful new bathroom!
