The communication has been very responsive and friendly along the process. We have recently completed our 3rd renovation with Brilliant SA which is probably all that needs to be said. This time round a major renovation of a kitchen in at 150-year-old house surfaced all the challenges we could have reasonably expected. From concept design through construction and completion, the BSA team have treated our home as they would their own, striving for the best possible result and delivering an outcome we are truly delighted with. Throughout the journey communication was excellent, with BSA always proactively reaching out and also responsive where required.
