LUXURIOUS LARGE FORMAT BATHROOM

The brief was to update the bathroom to become a space of luxury, the clients were after a ‘transitional’ design, a blend between traditional and modern.  Minimal wall tiling height was requested to add character using a feature paint colour above tiling.  Easy cleaning fixtures and fittings and large format tiles were a must have as their original small decorative tiles were horrible to keep clean.

Original taps were leaking causing water damage, this was coming through the floor cause visible damage to the ceiling downstairs.  Our clients prioritised high quality products and workmanship above all else.

THE RESULT

A custom vanity unit in 2Pac white gloss provided stylish storage.  The plumbing was altered to allow for a wall hung vanity creating a larger sense of space.  The colour palate for the Main bathroom was subtlety different from the Ensuite using warm greys. The vanity benchtop is 20mm Ceasarstone Raven stone, this was paired up with Carrara Venato 1200x600mm polished porcelain tiles.

Tapware and fittings fused soft round edges with a slender profile providing an beautiful, elegant appearance.

Special bathroom details that were incorporated were a shower niche, strip grate and smart grate with tile inserts, Pop-up Clipsal power points from wall, Clipsal Saturn Series switch plate, heated towel bars, Linear 3 in 1 Heat lamp unit, LED Magnifying Wall Mirror on extendable arm.

As a result the space has been transformed into a luxurious large format bathroom, delivering on high quality design, workmanship and finishes.  The clients are thrilled to have a space that complements their lifestyle.
