SPACE SAVING LAUNDRY

The space was an old lean-to in an old maisonette. A spare room and a tiny laundry were housed on the original back porch that had been built in decades ago.

The client requested a space saving laundry in an area that was only exposed when it needed to be used.

The space was reconfigured, and using two sets of bi-folding doors, the laundry was concealed at one end of the dining area, allowing more room in other areas of the small home.

THE RESULT

As a result, the laundry is well designed, functional, and suited perfectly to the clients lifestyle.
This room is more ten years old and shows a simple solution for a hidden laundry.
