Located in Millswood, a substantial extension and renovation to adapt this 100 year old Victorian style cottage to the changing needs of a growing family. Our client initially approached Brilliant SA for a Bathroom & Laundry renovation, through our detailed discussions and needs analysis it was discovered that our client would need an extension to incorporate all of their needs. A brand new extension was added on to the back of the home to incorporate a kitchen, living, dining and study. Our client is an avid cook so having a stand out kitchen with significant bench space was especially important. The existing bathroom was renovated and altered to combine a joint bathroom laundry and a separate water closet to serve the extension. At the front of the home an extension was also added on to the master bedroom to incorporate an ensuite.
