Seacliff full home renovation
This two-storey 2000s home underwent a significant renovation, including the kitchen, laundry, ensuite and bathrooms. After almost two decades of living in the property, the owners felt it was time for a refresh.
CONTEMPORARY KITCHEN RENOVATION
Our team transformed the dated kitchen into a contemporary hub. We incorporated a wine fridge, Neff built-in appliances, and engineered stone benchtops and splashback, along with a generous island featuring under-bench storage and breakfast bar seating.
Bespoke joinery in Laminex profiles pairs beautifully with Kethy handles and knobs in an iron finish. A stainless steel double-bowl sink, induction cooktop, wine fridge and Neff built-in appliances complete this functional and modern kitchen.
The space was finished with Blackbutt Rigid Plank Hybrid flooring, bringing warmth and a welcoming feel to the kitchen and adjoining living areas.
COLOURFUL ENsuite & Family BATHROOM
Blue is a favourite colour of our clients, so we incorporated this vibrant hue through feature wall tiles, paired with terrazzo floor tiles and chrome fixtures. The upstairs ensuite and family bathroom share the same design aesthetic, while the ground floor bathroom features a more neutral palette that complements the adjacent laundry.
LAUNDRY & BATHROOM DESIGN
For this calming and luxurious bathroom, our team selected feature KitKat tiles in a soft grey tone, paired with stone-look floor tiles and a stunning freestanding bathtub. The design also includes a large enclosed shower with twin shower rails, a white floating vanity with an above-counter basin, and chrome fixtures and fittings.
The laundry continues the same design language, featuring KitKat tiles on the splashback and engineered stone benchtops that cascade down one side to create a striking feature. Overhead cabinetry with a hanging rail, combined with ample under-bench storage, provides practical functionality for this busy family.
