“My husband and I engaged Brilliant SA to turn a bedroom into a family bathroom. Our experience was extremely positive! When friends asked us along the way how things were going, we could only sing the praises of the team we were working with. Most people say renovating is a stressful process, so I think they were surprised to hear us say it had been stress free and really enjoyable. The team from Brilliant SA were respectful and professional at all times and every stage completed was done to such an exceptional standard. We really appreciated the way the trades people were considerate of the fact my husband and I, and often the kids, were around the place while they worked. I never heard any bad language, and they never brought any stress to our home. We loved the design process, it was so exciting and we were extremely impressed with the level of care and detail in every stage of work from that point on. For example the tiling was complex, with beautiful natural stone patterning that was artfully laid, clearly with a huge amount of thought in it to make the most of the beautiful tile. The whole bathroom is incredibly beautiful, very luxurious and a little piece of paradise to enjoy at the end of a big day. “Brilliant SA recently completed a full renovation of our kitchen, bathroom and laundry. As part of the reno, we wanted to move doorways, remove a brick wall and include a large sky window, so needed someone who could do the lot! They were great. I’m pretty fussy and they certainly didn’t let us down. There are always a few surprises when renovating an old house, and these were managed in a collaborative and cost effective way.

“Thank you Jess, for walking beside me as I went through the selection process. I had confidence in your professional knowledge, and appreciated that you listened to my wishes and then gave practical and aesthetic responses that I could easily take on board.
I am very happy with my new bathroom, although did not necessarily enjoying living with the practical aspect of demolition and no bathroom in my house for some weeks. Nevertheless, I had no cause for concern with any of the young (and not so young) men wandering in and out of my house. I certainly appreciated not being responsible for co-ordinating the various tradies and the delivering of material and equipment as required.
Thank you all for being so patient with me regarding correct computer procedure and financial considerations. Livio was of course, one of the highlights of this experience. His easy going character and wealth of information demonstrated to me that he was the right man for the job of site supervisor. Thanks heaps, Livio. Life won’t be the same without you!!!
So again, thank you to all of you. My bathroom will be a constant reminder of this worthwhile experience and the people who helped to make it possible.”

We needed to get a quick start on our 2 bathroom & laundry complete makeovers which required us to look for an organisation that could manage this. Brilliant SA was able to provide this for us. The whole process from design through installation and completion was managed very well and we were kept up to date regularly both verbally and through their project management system. Whilst there were some issues, outside of the control of Brilliant SA, they managed these well…coupled with this was the quality of workmanship and consequently we are very pleased with the end result.
